This Privacy Policy outlines how Soundsplash Limited (“Soundsplash Festival”, “we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information relating to Soundsplash Festival attendees, exhibitors, suppliers, customers, advertisers, sponsors, business partners, and other third parties.

“Ticket Holders” or “Attendees” — Any person who has purchased, received, or otherwise been granted admission to the Event, including artists, performers, guests, contractors, volunteers, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
“Soundsplash Festival” — The Event organised by Soundsplash Limited, hosted at Wainui Reserve in Raglan from 16–18 January 2026.
“Event Organisers” / “Festival” — Refers to Soundsplash Limited and its authorised representatives.
1. General
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time, with changes taking effect once published on the Soundsplash Festival website.
It is based on the principles of the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).
Soundsplash Limited collects personal information to organise, operate, and promote the Event, including but not limited to:
- Managing ticketing, entry, and on-site services
- Marketing and promotional communications
- Security and health/safety compliance
- COVID-19 contact tracing (if required by law)
Providing personal information is optional; however, withholding it may limit our ability to grant access to the Event or provide certain services (e.g. entry without valid ID).
This Policy operates alongside the Soundsplash Festival Terms & Conditions.
